• Golfers $200 - includes lunch, green fees, range balls, carts, prizes, beverages, dinner and Songwriter show
• Non-Golfers $50 - includes Songwriter show only
• Platinum Sponsor $5000 - includes Golf Foursome plus 8 tickets to the Thursday and Friday shows, VIP seating both nights and backstage photo-opps with the Songwriters
